Set an Employee as a Leaver
You must have Employees permission activated, along with Edit All Employees or Edit Employees For Direct Reports permission, to access the following screens. For further information visit User Permissions and Permissions for Users and User Groups.
If an employee is leaving your school or trust you must make them a leaver within Every HR. This is done on both the Job Information and Employment Record within the individual's Employee Record.
Job Information

Select Employees, then All Employees.

Locate the correct Employee who has left, or is leaving, and select their name.

Go to Job Information, then select Edit Details. Set the Effective Date. Now enter the date the employee is leaving in the End Date field.

Select a Reason for Leaving.

Select Save to confirm the changes.
Employment Record

Select Employees, then All Employees.

Locate the correct Employee who has left, or is leaving, and select their name.

Go to Employment Record.

Complete Employment End Date with the correct leaving date.

Select Save to confirm the changes.
