Add Tasks

Sets a user’s ability to assign and manage tasks within the organisation.

Users can add tasks in the Task Management module and send them to colleagues with Every HR access. Assigned tasks appear in the recipient's My Task section of the My Portal area.

Users cannot create tasks in the task management module.

Edit Tasks

Sets a user’s ability to modify and manage task details. Access to the comprehensive All Task List is also affected.

Users can make changes or amendments to tasks within the system. They have access to an All Task List, including My Tasks, All Tasks, Overdue Tasks, and Completed Tasks.

Users cannot edit tasks directly. Instead, they can use the "Responses" feature to request changes from the task issuer.

Does not impact users as the Task Management module does not have its own module settings.
