Manage MIS Change Approvals |
This permission allows users to configure and control the approval settings for changes from the MIS, providing flexibility in determining which types of data changes (all absence data or specific elements like sickness end dates) require approval before being transferred into Every HR. |
Users can enable a means for approving absence data information flowing from the MIS into Every HR. Specifically, they can choose to transfer any changed absence data (e.g., reason) or update sickness end dates only from the MIS into Every HR. |
Users cannot manage the approval settings for changes from the MIS into Every HR. |

View Raw MIS Data |
This permission is useful for IT specialists to analyse the raw MIS data, offering insights into the functioning of the link and aiding in troubleshooting and issue resolution. |
Users can review the code and commands within the raw MIS data. This is useful for troubleshooting and understanding how the link operates. |
Users cannot view the raw MIS data. |

Edit Integration Channels |
This permission lets users to manage and modify MIS integration channels, allowing them the flexibility to adapt and expand the integration capabilities over time as needed. This can be useful if they want to create an employee data channel first, and add an absence channel later. |
Users can edit existing integration channels and also also add new channels. |
Users cannot add or edit integration channels. |

Sets the user’s ability to view all integration channels established within the immediate property. |
Users can view all integration channels that have been set up within the immediate property. |
