Users can see contact information (such as work phone numbers and email addresses) through the Employee Directory.

Users cannot view contact information using the Employee Directory.

Sets access to view private contact details (such as personal phone numbers and email addresses) through the Employee Directory.

Users can see private contact information (such as personal phone numbers and email addresses) through the Employee Directory.

Users cannot view personal contact information using the Employee Directory.

View Profile Images

Sets access to view profile images for other users when accessing the Employee Directory, providing visual identification within the directory.

Users can see the profile images for other users when accessing the Employee Directory. The images are pulled from their respective employee records.

Users cannot view profile images in the Employee Directory.

View Job Roles

Sets access to view the job roles of other users when accessing the Employee Directory, providing information about their roles within the organisation.

View Absence Status

Sets access to view the absence status of other staff members in the Employee Directory, sourced from the Absence Management module.

View Department

Sets access to view the department assignments of users when using the Employee Directory, sourced from the individual's employee record.

Users can see another staff member’s assigned department when using the Employee Directory. This information is retrieved from the individual's employee record.

View Line Manager

Sets access to view the line manager for others in the organisation when using the Employee Directory, sourced from the individual's employee record.

Users can see other users’ line managers when using the Employee Directory. This information is extracted from the individual's employee record.

Users cannot view other users’ line managers when using the Employee Directory.

View Direct Reports

Allows users to determine if another individual is responsible for line managing other staff members, based on the information contained within employee records.

Users can see if a chosen individual is responsible for line managing any further members of staff when accessing the Employee Directory. This information is derived from any employee records that list this individual as a line manager.

Users cannot view if a chosen individual is responsible for line managing any further members of staff when accessing the Employee Directory.

View Next of Kin

Allows users to access and view the next of kin details for other individuals within the Employee Directory, providing important emergency contact information. Users can see the next of kin details (usually the designated emergency contact) for individuals when using the Employee Directory.

Users cannot view the next of kin details (usually the designated emergency contact) for individuals when using the Employee Directory.

View Car Registration

Allows users to view the car registration details of other users when using the Employee Directory, sourced from their employee record.

Users can see the car registration details of other users when accessing the Employee Directory, if this information is populated within their employee record.

Users cannot view car registration details for other users in the Employee Directory.
