Main Settings |
This permission is typically granted to core system users such as Business Managers or HR Directors who require comprehensive access to system configuration settings. It allows users to manage and modify essential system settings, ensuring flexibility and customisation according to the organisation’s requirements. |
Users can access the Main Settings page on Every HR, allowing them to change setup details related to property details, term dates, departments, payment policies, pay scales, job categories, other settings, financial codes, and email settings. |
Users cannot access or modify the Main Settings page on Every HR. |

User Admin |
This permission is typically granted to senior members of the property who require administrative control over user accounts, groups, and permission settings. It allows users to manage user-related functions, including account creation, archiving, user groups, and permission control, ensuring effective user administration within the system. |
Users can access the User Administration page, letting them create user accounts, archive user accounts, create user groups, and control access levels through permission checklists. |
Users cannot access the User Administration page. |

Notification Admin |
This permission lets users manage notification settings, giving them control over who receives notifications for specific system events and the ability to review system-generated emails. |
Users can access the Notification Centre page, allowing them to control which users receive notifications for changes and when. Changes to personal information within an employee record, bank details, hitting probation reminders, and employee leaver notifications can all trigger notifications. They can also enable ‘force review for system emails’ giving them the authority to review and choose to send or delete emails created by Every HR. |
Users cannot access or control the Notification Centre page, and they do not have the authority to review or manage system-generated emails. |

Pay Award Admin |
This permission allows users to access the 'Pay Awards' page. |

Pay Award Admin Setup |
This permission allows users to access to the 'Settings' tab within the 'Pay Awards' page. This must be activated alongside ‘Pay Award Admin’ permission. |

This permission allows users to access the 'Point Consolidation' page. |

View Documents to Sign |
This permission allows the user to access the 'Documents for signing' tab within the 'Main Settings' page. This must be activated alongside ‘Main Settings’ permission. |
