Every HR Permissions for Users and User Groups
Below are all of the permissions on Every HR which impact their access on Every HR. These permissions can be applied to a user via a user group, or turned on or off on a specific user basis.

Archiving removes them from reports and places them in the ‘Archived Employee Record’ section, also archiving their role. If both are archived, the associated user account is moved to the ‘Archived’ section of the User Administration page of the Admin area of Every HR, disabling their login to Every. |
