Create Approval Group

Approver groups can be created following Pay Award Approval Activation and Create Approver Tags:

  1. Select Admin, then Pay Awards, then select Settings.

  2. Select Add Approval Group.

  3. Select all Approver Tags to be included in the approval group.

  4. Select Approval Condition. Select if all the tags in the group must approve the Pay Award, or if approval by any of the tags can progress.

  5. Select Approval Order. This sets the order approval groups are asked for approval. Junior groups should be listed first, and senior approvers later in the order.

  6. Select Save to add the new group.
