Team Calendar
Please note that you must have the absence permission enabled along with either the view team calendar for all departments or view team calendar for direct reports permission.
The team calendar area of Every HR gives you a snapshot on a calendar view of all absences within your department.
To view your team calendar;
- Click Absence Management on the main menu on the left side,
- Click Team Calendar.
- Click All Posts
To view further information relating to the absence;
- Click the absence on the calendar and you will be taken to the employee’s absence record.
