Approve Leave Requests
Please note that you must have the My Portal and My Tasks permissions enabled to view the following screens.
The My Tasks section of Every HR allows you to view any outstanding tasks in the system such as employees holiday requests that require approval.
To access the My Tasks section;
- Click My Portal down the main menu on the left hand side
- Click My Tasks
Alternatively, an email notification will be received when the user requests any time off. You can click the link in the email which will take you to the employees absence request.
Within the status dropdown menu you can then approve, reject or request the employee to make changes to their leave of absence. Once a status has been set you can add an optional message to the approval.
When all the details have been filled out click the green Save button and the employee will receive a further notification email in relation to their request.
