Absence Trigger Notifications
Please note that you must have the absence permission enabled along with the edit settings permission to view the following screens.
Within the Absence Triggers tab you can setup trigger notifications. This is where you set up who is notified if a trigger is hit from either the Bradford factor or the other triggers, this can either be a user group that is set up in the admin section or an individual user.
To view and setup your absence triggers notifications:
- Click Absence Management on the main menu on the left hand side
- Click Settings.
- Click on the tab Absence Triggers
If you do not wish to use the Bradford Factor trigger please select:
- Click +Create Other Absence Trigger
The Manage Trigger box will pop up and you will be asked to customise your trigger.
Following the creation of your trigger please scroll down to Trigger Notifications and if you wish to add a user group to be notified by a trigger click Add User Group
You will then be asked to select the user group and triggers you would like the group to be notified about.
Once you have selected the user group and triggers press the green Save button to confirm the changes.
