Fixes and Updates - May 2025

The following updates were made to Every Compliance during May 2025:

We are excited to announce that we now have a dedicated team who are working on improving Every Compliance. Regular updates about fixes and improvements are being added to the Help Centre each month. To keep up to date with all updates, go to What's New in Every Compliance.

General Fixes and Updates

  • Improved updates for performance and security.
  • Design updates to improve accessibility and modernise the system.
  • Contact details for the Support Team updated.
  • Error 500 message no longer displayed when logging into Every Compliance.
  • On My Account, selecting Home now redirects correctly.

Multisite

  • Record per page for search results now changes correctly and loads the number of records selected.
  • Resolved issues with some documents duplicating in Central Documents.
  • Documents can now be archived and deleted successfully after they are moved to the archive.
  • Archived Documents are now accessed in the same place as at Property level.
  • Document reminders now send correctly.
  • Error message no longer displayed when selecting:  Matrix for Local Documents.
  • Reports now load and display correctly for Documents.
  • Graphics now display correctly on:
    • Performance Dashboard in Compliance and Documents.
    • Summary in Incidents.
  • Categories can be created correctly for Compliance Set Up, set up for Issues, Contacts, and Projects.
  • Depreciation Summary report no longer displays an error message.
  • Users list now displays correctly when using Add MAT Admin.
  • Edit Contract now correctly displays the screen to update contract details.
  • Multi-Site Completed Activities and Multi-Site MAT Documents reports now download correctly.
  • Search for Contracts now only displays results for the details entered.
  • Error message no longer displayed when deleting a Property for Central Users.
  • The list of amber items now display correctly when selected from the Compliance Dashboard.
  • In Activities, the graphs for Compliance by Staff Member in Trust now display data correctly.

Business

  • Next Due dates for Activities now update correctly.
  • Activity Checklist is only displayed after an activity is created.
  • When categories are added, the Activity Categories section remains selected.
  • All Activities report no longer displays an error message.
  • Count of items now updates correctly on the tabs when adding items to Current Contracts.
  • For Contracts, Add Line Item required fields are now marked with an asterisk.
  • When adding a related asset to a contract or issue, selecting Cancel no longer redirects to the Assets module.
  • Download Contract Import Spreadsheet now downloads the file correctly.
  • Resolved issues with error messages displaying when importing files that have correct contracts data.
  • Issues no longer display if they are not for the date filtered on the Summary.
  • Correct delete warning wording is now displayed when deleting a category in Setup for Contracts.
  • Date / Time now displays in the correct format on Log Incident.
  • Created Sub-Status now save correctly.
  • Categories are now saved and created correctly for Activities and Contracts.
  • Status filter no longer displays an error when selected filters are applied.
  • Create and edit document priority now loads correctly for details to be entered or changed.
  • Add Asset loads correctly when adding assets for Log Issue.
  • Line Items or Payments are now added correctly when creating contracts.
  • When Record Time Taken For Issues is activated, logged issues no longer display an error when saved with the Start Date/Time is not changed from the default.
  • Date Done now displays correctly when editing an Activity.
  • Updated wording to correct spellings in description for Supplier Master List.

Documents

  • Analytics for the Read column now displays the details in the window correctly.
  • Documents are now moved to the archive when marked as archived.

Risk

  • Category and Response required fields are now marked with an asterisk for Manage Risk Item.
  • Download Risk Import Spreadsheet now downloads the file correctly.

Incidents

  • The graph displayed for Analytics now correctly displays the date based on the dates selected.

Projects

  • Name and Description required fields are now marked with an asterisk for Funding Type Details.
  • Removed duplicate confirmation message for deleting a project.

Condition

  • Element Summary and Block Summary page information now displays correctly.
  • Elements now display correctly and can be added, edited, and removed.
  • Resolved issues with error messages displaying when importing files that have correct data.

Assets

  • When adding a users to an asset, selecting Clear now clears the option that shows the users as selected in Actions.
  • Activities no longer display an error when deleted and are removed correctly.
  • Corrected spelling of: 
    • question in Manage Asset Questions.
    • Value in Value on Disposal.

Admin

  • Error message no longer displayed when downloading reports for: 
    • User Audit Report.
    • Active Users report.
  • The User Template Details now closes when details are saved.
