Fixes and Updates - August 2025

The following updates were made to Every Compliance during August 2025.

General updates

  • Improved security and performance.

  • Design updates to improve accessibility and modernise the system.

Multisite

  • Fixed an issue where users were redirected to the wrong tab after saving a new severity or type category in the Incidents Setup page. After saving a new severity or type, the page now stays on the correct tab.

  • Resolved an issue where a new tab was opened when editing a severity or type category in the Incidents Setup page. Editing a severity or type now opens the page in the same tab.

  • Corrected a bug that prevented the Multi-Site Incidents report from downloading from Multisite Incidents Setup. The report now downloads without an error.

  • Fixed a problem where the navigation bar would close in Fund Source in Multisite Projects. It now stays open when adding or editing a fund source.

  • Resolved an issue where the navigation bar collapsed when creating a new funding type in Projects Setup. It now stays open.

  • Fixed an error that appeared when trying to access the Fund Sources page. The page can now be accessed without an error.

  • Corrected an issue where the Usage table in Multi-Site Summary was empty. The usage table now shows the correct information.

  • Fixed an issue where the mapped property was not removed when copying a category in Contracts Setup. The property is now removed from the Properties Not Mapped list.

  • Resolved an issue where the mapped property was not removed when copying a category in Documents Setup. The property is now removed from the Properties Not Mapped list.

  • Fixed an issue where the mapped property was not removed when copying a category in Projects Setup. The property is now removed from the Properties Not Mapped list.

  • Fixed an error that would appear when cancelling a funding type in Projects Setup. Cancelling the creation of a new funding type now returns to the Funding Types tab.

  • Fixed an issue where an error message would appear after a Central Document was successfully saved. A new Central Document now saves without an error message.

  • Corrected a problem where the scrollbar was missing in Condition Analytics Code Summary. The Condition Analytics Code Summary table now has scrollbar.

  • Expiry notifications for Documents are now linked to more than one site. This works in the same way as property-level Documents.

Business

  • Fixed an issue with the search function in the Add Default Categories popup. The search bar has been removed as it was not working as expected.

  • Resolved an issue where no confirmation message was shown after saving changes in the IssuesSettings. A Saved Successfully message is now displayed.

  • Fixed an error that would appear when starting a Checklist in Business Activities. Inspections can now be started without any issues.

  • Corrected a problem where the Current Issues report would not download from the Business Summary page. The report now downloads successfully.

Documents

  • Fixed an issue where the Category column was showing the document title instead of the correct category name. The column now shows the correct category name for school-level documents.

Risk

  • Resolved an issue where an error would appear when clicking the pencil icon to edit a document. The edit document page now opens successfully.

Incidents

  • Fixed an issue where an error would occur and the user list would not load in Incidents Settings. The user list now displays correctly after selecting See User.

Projects

  • Corrected an issue where mapping information was missing from new Project Categories in Projects Setup. New Project Categories now show mapping information.

Condition

  • Fixed an issue where the Attached File Details box would not close in Condition All Surveys. The Attached File Details box now closes automatically after a file is saved.

  • Resolved an issue where no success message was displayed after importing Locations. A confirmation message is now displayed after importing Locations successfully.

  • Corrected a problem that prevented charts from loading in the Element Summary in Condition Analytics. Charts now load as expected.

Assets

  • Fixed an issue that caused an error to appear when creating a new Asset Type in Asset Setup. A new Asset Type is now created without any errors.

Global Search

  • Resolved an error that appeared when attempting to download a document report that did not have an assigned version. The report now downloads successfully for documents that do not have a version.
