How to set up Projects settings

Please follow the steps below when setting up the settings page within Projects

Please note that you must have an access level higher than issues only.

Please Select:

Projects from the main menu on the left hand side.

Click Settings.

On the Project settings page you will see five tabs titled Main Settings, Sub-Status, Funding Types, Milestone Templates and Categories.

Within Main Settings the only option available is to tick whether you wish to stay on the same page after editing a project.

Within Sub Status this is where you can create sub-status's that will help identify the progress of your projects.

- Click Create Sub-Status and enter the name of the sub status in the value field and put a number in the order.

We advise multiples of 10 (10 being the first sub status and 20 would be the next)

Within Funding Types you will be able to add your funding type. This is mandatory for any new project being set up.

- Please select Create Funding Type and complete the fields. This would be funding like CIF (Condition Improvement Fund)

Within Milestone Templates you will be able to create tasks/actions that can be assigned to projects and completed by individual users. This is not mandatory.

Within Categories you will be able to create custom categories to be attached to each project. This is mandatory.
