Email Notifications
Every can automatically send email notifications to specific users or user groups in a variety of situations. To set up automatic emails to user groups, you must first set up your user groups in the Admin area on Every Compliance. This means you can tailor Every to quickly inform important users of the relevant incident information, without manually contacting them.
Please note you will need to be an Admin user to make changes to module settings or use the Admin area on Every Compliance.
How do I change the email signature for all notification emails?
Every gives you the option to add a custom email signature to all automatic email notifications generated by any module across Every Compliance.
You can make changes to this by going to the Admin area at the bottom of the main navigation bar and then going to the blue 'Email Settings' tab.
Here you will find a rich-text editor where you can make and preview any changes you wish to make to your property's automatic email signature.
How do I notify users when incidents are logged?

Step One
Use the navigation bar to the left to scroll down and click Incidents to reveal the options below. Choose Settings to be taken to the Incident Settings page. On the page are several blue tabs. Make sure you are on the tab labelled 'Overall Settings'.
Step Two
Head to the section labelled 'Notifications'. Here, you can use the green 'Add User Group' button to add a user group you have set up in the User Groups tab in the Admin are of Every Compliance, or use the 'Add User' button below to add a specific user.
Step Three
Choosing either of these options will bring up a white window. A dropdown at the top of the window lets you select which user or user group you wish to target with this instruction. The tables below include selectable options for incident types, severities, or actions that must be taken for you to customise the precise scenarios in which your chosen user or user group will be notified.
Once you are happy with your selection, click 'Save' to apply it.
