Reporting on incidents

Analytics

Users with a standard and admin user level will be able to view the Analytics page within the Incidents module. Here, you can get an oversight of all incidents being logged, helping you to easily identify peaks and lulls and spot trends across your property.

You can select a period of analysis by using the filter options at the top-right of the page. There is also an option to include archived incidents in the data.

Every will automatically organise logged incidents into a graph, displaying the number of incidents by week day, month, type, and severity. A colour key is included below each graph.

You can hover over the graphs to see additional information, such as details of what type of incident was logged.

Clicking the graph will take you to the ‘Manage All Incidents’ page, where you can edit and review each incident. There is also an interactive table below each graph.

Reports

A button labelled ‘Reports’ will appear at the top of many pages in the Incidents module. Clicking this will display a dropdown menu with several report options based on the information on that page.

Reports are downloadable in multiple formats, including as Word or Excel documents, and give you easily distributable data for parents, staff, governors, management and other stakeholders.
