How to add a new incident action

Please follow the steps below on how to add a new incident action to your system.

Please note that you must have an access level of Admin.

Please select:

- Incidents - Settings on the main menu on the left hand side

- Then select the tab Incident Actions

On this screen you will find a table that highlights the Incident Action Title and the incidents that have been assigned to this action under Incidents Assigned.

- Click on the green button at the bottom right titled Add Incident Action.

The screen will now expand downwards and will ask for the name of the new action.

- Please enter the name of the action and select Save.
