How to add additional notes

To add additional notes to an incident please follow the steps below:

Please note that you must have an access level higher than issue only.

Please select:

- Incidents on the main menu on the left hand side

- Manage within Incidents

From the list of Active Incidents, please find and select the incident you require.

Within the Manage Incident page please scroll down to the bottom where you will find a list of tabs. Please select the tab titled Notes.

Click on the Add Note icon in the bottom right of the screen.

Add your note in the description box and click Save.

You will now see your saved notes listed under the Notes tab.
