My users are not receiving training emails
Please follow the steps below on how to enable training emails for staff
Please select:
- e-Learning - Course Management on the main menu on the left hand side
- Select Users - All Users
On this page, please can you now search for the user in question by entering their email address into the field With Keyword(s) and then select Search
If you find that the user has returned from the search with a red envelope on the left hand side of their name, this indicates that the users email address has been blocked by the LMS system.
In this instance, can you please contact Every customer support and indicate that the user in question has a red envelope and their account needs to be unblocked. We will be able to unblock the user for you.
