e-Learning - How do I resolve error code 24

To resolve error code 24 please follow the steps below:

Error code 24 can occur when accessing our E-learning module due to a caching error with your internet browser.

Please manually delete your history/cache and cookies from the internet browser you are using and then try and refresh your internet page and start the training again.

If the issue continues to persist then please can you contact Every customer support by either webchat/email or phone and request that your e-learning cache is reset and also the Reset E-learning is ticked on our system.
