How to send a read reminder notification email
To send a reminder email to users who have documents waiting to be read please follow the steps below:
There are two types of read reminders you can send, a bulk read reminder to all users with documents outstanding or a read reminder for a specific document.
1. Sending a bulk read reminder:
Please Select:
- Documents on the main menu on the left-hand side
- Click on Manage
- Click on Send Reminders
- This will take you to the Send Reminders page
- Click on Send All Read Reminders
- This will open a Send All Reminders Confirmation window
- Option to add an additional message to accompany the read reminder
- Click Send
2. Sending a document specific read reminder
Please Select:
- Documents on the main menu on the left-hand side
- Click on Manage
- Click on All Documents
- This will take you to Document Management
- Search for the document within the document table using the magnifying glass
- To open the document, click on the document title
- Scroll down and click on tab Users - Unread
- Select the corresponding empty boxes on the right-hand side of the document table
- Click the drop down Please select action...
- Click Send Read Reminders
- This will open a Send All Reminders Confirmation windo
- Option to add an additional message to accompany the read reminder
- Click Send
