Where can I find the documents that need to be read (Not Issues Only)

To find documents that are required to be read please follow the steps below:

Please note that this guide is for users who have an access level of basic or higher.

Please Select:

- Documents and then My Tasks.

On this screen, you will see the following tabs labelled To Read, Document Library, For Approval, All My Reviews

On the tab To Read you will find the list of documents that you are required to read.

- Read the document in question

- Select Mark as Read on the right hand side.

After you select Mark as Read a window will pop up asking you to confirm that you have read, understood & agree to the document in question.

Please confirm you have read the document, to do this:

- Please select Mark as Read. The document will now disappear from the tab To Read and will be present in the Document Library tab for any future requirements.
