Analytics Guide

Please see below for information regarding the Analytics module within Documents.

Please note that you must have an access level of Admin.

Please select:

- Documents - Analytics on the main menu on the left hand side

There are three tabs within this section, the first tab titled Version Read Statistics shows you your properties full list of active documents along with the number of people who have read and those who have yet to read these.

In the example below you will find that it refers to a local document (transparent multi-site structure to the right of the title), informs the user who the owner of the document is, how many versions there are associated with this document, what version number is the currently live version and how many people have read the document so far compared to the total assigned.

If the user clicks on the statistic under the Read column a pop up window will appear highlighting the users who have read and those who have yet to read via the Date Read column.

The following tab titled Version Review Statistics shows all document versions that require review along with their review statistics. The table found on this page works similarly to the Version Read Statistics.

If the user clicks on the statistic under the Review column a pop up window will appear highlighting the users who have reviewed and those who have yet to review via the Date Reviewed column.

The third tab titled Version Approval Statistics shows all document versions that require to be approved along with their approval statistics.

If the user clicks on the statistic under the Approved column a pop up window will appear highlighting the users who have approved and those who have yet to approve via the Date Approved column.
