Setting up the Work Programme

Please follow the steps below on how to set up your Work Programme within the Condition module

Please note that you must have an access level higher than Issues Only.

Select Condition from the main menu on the left hand side

Select Work Programme

Within the Work Programme - All items page, this will show you a number of different breakdowns of your current condition items that have been added to the Every system. The pie chart is split up depending on your condition item classification which uses a combination of condition level matched with priority level. For example B4, C2, A4 etc. You can click into each specific segment of this pie chart to drill into the items with that classification for further information.

On the top right you will find a breakdown of your condition item costs per year which is based on the target year that has been set within the condition item.

At the bottom of the screen you will see a table listing all of your condition items.

To click into an item:

- Select the ID of the item or click the edit icon to the far right of the row.

To set up Scheduled Items within the Work Programme you will need to change the status of the condition item to read as In Progress. To do this please follow the steps below:

- Select a condition item

- Change the status to read as In Progress

- Select Save

You can now navigate back to Condition - Work Programme - Scheduled Items and the items that have the status of In Progress will now be shown on this screen.

This can be quite helpful when your property wishes to filter out the items that are currently being worked on.

Unscheduled items will contain condition items that have the status Open.

Completed items will contain condition items that have the status Completed.

Superseded items will contain contain items that have the status Superseded.
