Mapping a Compliance Item

Please follow the steps below to map an activity to a school or map an existing activity to a compliance item

Please note that you must have an access level of MAT Admin

Please select: Multi-site on the main menu on the left hand side.

Click Compliance

Click Compliance Set up

Select one of your pre-existing compliance items under the tab Activity Compliance Items which will then take you to the manage compliance item screen. (if you do not see yours listed you may need to create a brand new compliance item first).

Scroll down until you see the tabs Mapping Setup and Mapped Activities

From here you can either create a new activity and distribute that new activity to specific properties or map an existing activity to this compliance item. This works best when for example you have multiple schools with fire alarm drills/tests and you would like to group them altogether under one compliance item.

To create a new activity that will then appear on the property you choose,

- Tick the box on the right hand side of the table within the row of that chosen property and select from the drop down menu create new activity.

After selecting Create New Activity the activity will now be viewable at that property.

To check you can either select the tab just above Mapped Activities and access the new properties activity from here or go to Select Property on the left hand side navigation bar and select the appropriate property and then navigate to Business - Activities - Summary. The new activity will now be viewable here.

To map an existing activity that is already at one of your properties to this compliance item click map existing activities on the right hand side.

When you select this option, a new window will pop up whereby you will be able to search for the activity title or activities located at certain properties by clicking on the magnifying glasses beside the column headings.

After you have found the activity you would like mapped please tick the box on the right hand side and then click map at the top right.

Following this, the activity at the school will now have a MAT monitored symbol by the name to indicate it is now a mapped activity.
