Logging an Issue (Issues Only)
To log an issue as an Issue's Only user please follow the steps below:
Click on the Log Issue button on the left hand side.
As an issues only user you can not assign the issue to a specific person instead any logged issue will go immediately to the overall default user unless your property have set up specific default users for certain issue categories.
To log an issue, you will need to add a title, description, who the issue was logged by (this can be greyed out and set as your name) and the issue category as these fields are mandatory.
Location of the issue can be added to identify where the issue originated from and you can also choose to upload any additional documentation or pictures to help the person reviewing the issue.
Once you are satisfied with the issue fields, please select Submit
You will now see on the Log Issue screen at the bottom you will have a section called Existing Issues where your logged issues will now sit.
