How to link Issues to an Activity using the Every Activities App

Please note that you must have an access level of Basic or higher.

To carry out this function you will need to have the Every apps downloaded.

- Go to the App Store or Play Store on your smart device.

- Search for Every Issues and Every Activities.

- Download both apps and log into them using the same credentials you used to log into Every on your desktop or laptop.

If using the app at least once in a 60 day period you will remain logged in.

Every Activities

This app is used to complete Activities on the move, giving you the option to attach any supporting documentation that you may have at hand.

- If you are a Multisite user you will need to select your property.

Once you are in the correct property, you will be presented with a list of Activities that have been logged at the site.

Linking your Issue to an Activity.

- Select the Activity by clicking the title of the Activity or the Edit button from the list.

- Tap the bulb icon.

This will take you to the Link Issues page.

- Click the + Icon to add a new linked Issue or link to an existing Issue.

Please note, the menu to choose a new or existing issue will either be at the top or bottom of your page depending on your device.

To link a new Issue:

- Make sure you are in the New tab

- Fill in the relevant information- a Title, Description and Category are mandatory.

- Click Save.

To link an existing Issue:

- Make sure you are in the Existing tab.

- Type into the search bar or scroll through the list to find the correct Issue.

- Click the blue link icon.

- Click Back and you will see that the Issue is now linked.
