How to add instructions to my activity

Please see below how to add instructions to an activity on your Every system.

Please note that you must have an access level of Basic, Standard or Admin.

Please select:

- Business - Activities - Summary on the main menu on the left hand side

- The select the tab All Activities

- Click into the activity that you wish to add instructions to.

- When you are in the activity, click the tab Activity Instructions

- Scroll down this page and click on the Add Instruction button at the bottom right.

The page will now expand below and ask whether you wish to upload a file or enter a URL.

If you are uploading a file please have the file stored on your computer or a shared network drive.

- Click Choose File.

A new window will then pop up and you can now navigate to the files stored location.

- Once found click on the file and then click Upload Instructions at the bottom right.

If you are wanting to add a URL instead, change the type field to URL and then proceed to enter the document's URL and then the name of the document.
