Activity KPI Guide
Please follow the steps below to review your KPI's for your properties activities
Please note that you must have an access level of Basic, Standard or Admin.
Please select:
- Business in the main menu on the left hand side
- Click into Activities
- Click into KPI's.
Within KPIs you have the ability to set up filters for your graphs and tables found within the blue bar Apply Filters. If you click on the + to the right you can expand this to show the options.
- Please now scroll down
- Within the first tab Monthly Performance graph this will show you two bars per month. The red bar highlights the number of activities that are to be completed in that month and the green bar indicates how many of those activities were completed.
- Please click the next tab Monthly Performance Grid. This will show you the most recent month to the oldest with each subsequent row. The table highlights the Year, Month, How many activities were due that month, How many were completed that month and the % completed.
- You can filter the table further using the magnifying glass icons beside each column heading.
The third tab is titled Activity details and this page shows you the specific activities in question. The table also shows you how many times the activity has become overdue and how often they have been completed on time.
The fourth tab titled Activity Interactions shows you how often your property is editing or updating activities on a monthly basis.
