Activities Trust Guide

Please note that you must have an access level of Standard or Admin.

Please select:

- Business - Activities - Trust on the main menu on the left hand side

Within the first tab Trust Matrix you will now see a complete list of your trusts compliance items and the actions required depending on the information within the RAG Rating column.

Green Box: This means that the activity is mapped to a compliance item at Trust level and the school is compliant.

Red Box with date: The activity in question is now late and needs to be completed. The date in the red box will take you to the activity in question.

N/A Box: The trust item is not applicable for your school.

? Box: The activity has not been mapped to the compliance item.

Red ? Box: The activity is not valid.

The next tab along Compliance By Category helps to visualise how compliant your school is per category. There are several widgets on this page that can be filtered via the Priority selection or activities that are still open or closed.

The third tab Compliance by Staff Member will show each staff member who has completed an activity and helps to highlight which staff members are completing their activities on time before they become overdue.
