Occupation history

Once you have opened a former student record in the Pupil Manager module, use the Occupation History option to log the student's employment history. This could be useful if you are arranging work experience for current students.

To log employment history, follow the steps below:

  1. In the Pupil Manager module, select the Former Students tab.
  2. Search and select a former student record to work with.
  3. Go to the Additional Information menu on the right hand side and select Occupation History.
  4. Select the Occupation tab and enter the former student's occupation:
  5. Either:
    • Click Update Data to save the new data.
      or
    • Click Reload Record to refresh the record with the last saved data.
  6. Select the Employment History tab:
  7. Enter the former student's employment history in the fields displayed.
  8. Either:
    • Click Update Data to save the new data. Employment history details are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
      or
    • Click Reload Record to refresh the record with the last saved data.

Click the edit icon to edit employment history.

Click the delete icon to delete employment history.
