Start Of Year Processes for Tills

When returning for the start of a new academic year, secondary schools using IRIS FasTrak tills and cashloaders must turn them on and check they are working after the year end processes were completed before using the systems again.

If tills and cashloaders do not work when turned back on, you must log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required) as soon as possible.

When the rollover for the new year has been completed, you must run the End of Day report to identify any changes to allowance amounts and eligibility for Free School Meals (FSM) before the tills are first used for service. 

If your organisation runs the rollover on the day the students return, you must run the End of Day report before the tills are first used for service.
