Delete a customer

The images and steps in this topic are based on our new design (which you can currently switch on and off). If you haven't switched the new design on, the images may look different.

You should only delete a customer if you do not want to retain their associated invoices. If you no longer deal with the customer, but want to retain their financial data, archive them instead.

  1. Go toSalesCustomers, then select the required customer.

  2. From theActions(3 dots) menu selectDelete.

  3. A warning message is displayed.

  4. If you are sure you want to delete this customer, select todelete, then selectDelete.
