Want to jump straight in and start adding some data?
Things to do

You can change your security data whenever required. It's a good idea to do this on a regular basis to keep your account secure.
To change your security information, go to My Account (take me there now) then choose either the Account Details, Change Your Password or Change Your Memorable Word tabs.

Check the data you've already entered and add more details, such as your default payment details.
To review or edit your company details, go to Settings then, from the Your Accountt section, select Company Details (take me there now).

Your accounting periods are the periods of time covering certain accounting functions. They can be a year, a quarter, months or weeks.
To manage your accounting periods, go to Settings (take me there now) then, from the Your Accountsection, select Company Details.

Make it really easy for your customers to pay you by setting up a payment processor. You can then add a payment button to your invoices and send a payment link via email. We have our own payment processor, called IRIS Pay.
To set up a payment processor, got to Settings, then from the Configuration Settings section, select Receiving Payments (take me there now).

You'll need to add any bank account that you pay money into or out of, so that we can match the transactions in IRIS KashFlow.
To add a new bank account, select Bank (take me there now), then at the top of the page, select Add New Account.

All the documents produced in IRIS KashFlow (quotes, sales invoices, purchase orders, purchase invoices) can be customised to meet your needs.
To set up your document templates, go to Settings, then from the Configuration Settings section, select PDF Themes (take me there now).

You can customise all the emails that you send from IRIS KashFlow including the content and look and feel.
To set up your email templates, go to Settings, then from the Configuration Settings section, select Email Templates (take me there now).

If you work in the construction industry, you will sometimes receive less than the full invoice amount as customers have to withhold a percentage to pay direct to HMRC.
To set your CIS options, go to got to Settings, then from the Configuration Settings section, select CIS Options (take me there now).

If you're moving from another bookkeeping tool, we have a variety of import options.
To import data, go to Settings, then from Your Account, select Import Data.
Now you're cooking on gas! You can now start entering data.
You can also take a look at the functions that are common to most areas of IRIS KashFlow, such as searching or use the table of contents on the left to view our other help topics.
