General settings

Configure general settings for an individual client.

  1. Go to Clients and select the client from the list.

  2. Select General settings.

  3. Set the Accounting Period end date.

  4. Select any Additional Users you wish to be able to access the client.

  5. Select any Client Groups you wish to add the client to.

  6. If you have connected an IRIS OpenSpace account to IRIS KashFlow Connect you can select it here to link it to the client profile.

  7. Enter the Payment Terms as a number of days.

  8. Select the Currency Symbol and Position and the Date Format to use.

  9. Select the client VAT registration status.

  10. Select Backup Data to activate automatic back ups. You will then be prompted to select a Backup Date and enter an Email Address you want the back up sent to.

  11. If required, select Remove Suspense Code. Selecting this option will remove the suspense code from the drop-down list. If the suspense code is in use then it will remain as a nominal.
