IRIS Pay widget

The IRIS Pay widget is shown on your dashboard and enables you see the balance of your IRIS Pay ewallet which shows the balance of customer payments that have cleared and how much is available to be withdrawn / paid out.

You can also Request Payment from here and generate a Mobile Pay hyperlink.

Select View account to open the IRIS pay portal where you can manage payment transactions, monitor upcoming collections, and view direct debit mandates.

If you have recently signed up, an additional widget displays the progress of your setup and whether any further action is required.

Once you have completed your IRIS Pay setup (if you haven't already) you will be able to withdraw funds by requesting a payout to your chosen bank account. The amount you can withdraw is your cleared customer payments minus any fees. Find out more about IRIS Pay fees.
