View documents or attachments in Dropbox

Once you have uploaded documents, or added any attachments, the files are available to view via your Dropbox account.

  1. Log in to your Dropbox account via www.dropbox.com.

  2. Select the Apps folder, then KashFlow.

  3. Once you have uploaded your first document, folders are automatically created for Customers and Suppliers. Attachments are saved to applicable folders, that is, Invoices, Quotes, and so on.

  4. Select the required folder. Sub folders are labelled with the customer code, invoice number, and so on, depending on the document or attachment type. Any future documents will automatically save to their respective folders.

  5. Select the required sub folder to see the available documents.
