The bank and account details will be used by AutoMail when printing bank letters.
More than one account may be entered for each client.
To access the banks database in AutoMail:
Open the Letter request browser and click Generate.
Select Bank Maintenance.
If the required account is not displayed on the screen click New to set up the details.
To delete an account make sure the account is highlighted and click Delete.
An account which is in use cannot be deleted.
Highlight the account and click Change; amend the details as required and click OK.
