How AutoMail uses the Banks database

The bank and account details will be used by AutoMail when printing bank letters.

More than one account may be entered for each client.

 

How to access the Banks Database in AutoMail

To access the banks database in AutoMail:

  1. Open the Letter request browser and click Generate.

  2. Select Bank Maintenance.

 

Inserting an account

If the required account is not displayed on the screen click New to set up the details.

 

Deleting an account

To delete an account make sure the account is highlighted and click Delete.

Changing an account

Highlight the account and click Change; amend the details as required and click OK.
