A feature within tasks is to set reminders. This can be done on Task creation or whenever needed. View the task and then tick Reminder. The boxes to the right will become active and a date can be entered with a time for the reminder will occur.
When logged in to PM then a prompt will appear on the screen. With this prompt the task can be viewed with access to all details. Alternatively the task can be Snoozed, which will set the reminder for later, or Dismissed the task which takes the reminder off.
If Pm is not open the next time the user logs in it will display all outstanding prompts.
To cancel the reminder View the task and then take the Tick out of reminder. Alternatively Dismiss from the Reminders screen.
