To access this screen, go to Launch | Tasks in the Staff Control Panel. Then select the appropriate task and click on the View button. Then click Audit Trail.

The Task Audit allows a keep track of where the task has been and what has been changed to it. This includes details of who the task has been assigned in the past and whether the priority has changed.
As the Task Audit gives details of which login made the change and what it was changed from. For example staff member HN edited the task so that the assignee is now RP.
