To access this screen, go to Communication Tracking in the Staff Control Panel, then do a search. Then click Configure.

The drag and move facility allows changing of the column ordering on the display. This will save it for the screen being viewed on the workstation being worked on. Along with the new drag and sort option it is possible to control which columns appear on the report by selecting and deselecting each one.
