About

This displays what the item is about. For example, a letter maybe to the bank, from the agent about a specific the client.

 

Actioned Batch

This displays the batch number, which may be useful for later searches.

 

Actioned by

This displays the ID of the staff member that actioned this communication item.

 

Actioned on

This displays the date of when this item was actioned.

 

Assigned to

This displays whom the action is assigned to.

 

Client Categories

These display the client categories, from one to six.

 

External Document ID

Near in the future, the communications search screen will be able to show documents stored in Non IRISPTP software such as Invu or EASY. This field will display the visible ID for a document stored in such archives.

 

Item Description

  • This displays a description of the item e.g what the name of the letter is.

    From

    This displays whom this item is from. For example, it could be To the bank, From the agent.

     

    Icon

    This displays a button that represents the type of physical file it is. For example, a Word document or a PDF file. Clicking on this button will open the physical item.

     

    IRISPTP ID

    This displays the client ID of the client whom the action relates to.

     

    IRISPTP Description

    This displays the client name of IRISPTP ID1 identifier.  

     

    Item Description

    This displays a description of the item, e.g. what the name of the letter is.

     

    Item Filename

    This displays the filename of the item.

     

    Item Summary

    This displays an internal description of the item. e.g whom it's from and which client the item is meant for.

     

    Item Type

    This displays the top level description of the item, i.e. call, new Automail document or old Automail document.

     

    Link Description

    This displays a user editable description of the Link.

     

    Link Type

    This displays the Link relationship, so whether it is To the specified client or From.

     

    Manager: Current

    This displays the current client manager.

     

    Manager: Link Time

    This displays the client manager at the point at when the item was requested.

     

    OpenSpace Status

    This shows the status of the document in IRIS OpenSpace

     

    Partner: Current

    This displays the current client partner.

     

    Partner: Link Time

    This displays the client partner at the point at when the item was added.

     

    Permanent

    This displays whether the letter request is permanent or not.

     

    Physical Item Path

    This displays the path name for where the item has been saved to.

     

    Replaced by Main

    This will display a "Y" if the document in question, has been linked to more than one clients previously.

     

    Added Batch

    This displays the added batch number.

     

    Added By

    This displays the staff ID of the person whom added the item.

     

    Added On

    This displays the date that this item was added.

     

    To

    This displays the whom the Item is addressed to. For example, a letter To the bank.
