To access this screen, go to Communication Tracking in the Staff Control Panel, then click on the action button.
If the item has not been completed then this button allows the user to action a letter that has been requested before.
This will allow the item to be e-mailed to the particular client it relates to.
This option allows you to delete the communication items. If it is an external document, then it will give you the option of either permanently deleting the file, moving the file to the recycle bin or just deleting the link.
This marks the selected communication item as being complete and actioned.
This marks the selected communication as not complete, if it is presently completed.
This allows you to change the physical path, where the file is saved.
This option reprints the particular letter. It will give the option to either re-print the letter immediately or to add a new link so it can be printed at a later time.
This option will re-produce the Automail letter. This will not log a new link.
