To access this screen, go to Communication Tracking in the Staff Control Panel, then search for Phone Calls. Then highlight the appropriate Call, and click Call.
This displays details of the phone call that has been logged. It displays the date and time of the start of the call and the date and time of the end.
It also displays who added the item, when it was added as well as a description and any details of the call that have been entered.
This screen allows you to post a task to link with the phone call.
