Add Call

 

This allows the user to log a new call against a particular client. It is also possible to log whom the call was with. There are four options for this, either the Client, a Bank, Companies house or the Inland Revenue. The date and time of the start of the call can also be logged as well as the date and time of the end of the call.

The description of the call can be added in the description box and in the text box below that details of the call can be added.

Print - will print the details of the call that has been logged.

Save Call - will save details of this call against the selected client. Once Save Call is clicked, details entered will be saved and the Add Call window is cleared for another call to be entered. This is to allow the user to enter numerous calls into the system quickly.

Post Task allows a task to be linked to the phone call that is being logged.
