Client Job Tab Quick Guide

With PM open View a client and go to the Jobs tab which will show (as a default) details of all current jobs on that client. From here it is possible to View a job, create a New job, or see the Profile of the selected job. The extra tabs on the client include Attributes, Service, Jobs, Tasks and Notes. Jobs can be created on this screen from the New button or from Job Planning.

The Columns on this tab give:

At the bottom of the screen are View and New options. From here create a new job or change details of an existing one.

The Profile option, with a job highlighted, will access the clients personal job profile. This will link from the default profile that has been setup against that job. (For details on profiles within jobs click here). For details on changing the status of the job profiles click here.

Finally there is a tick option that defaults to show current jobs only. To change the status of the job so that it is no longer current View the job and mark from within that screen.

Export

The information can be exported to a CSV file.
