Printing a Document

Editing a Document

Check for unknown tags

Print a document

To print a document click on the print icon in the top right corner of the screen or click on File | Print.

To print the document for the client selected, select print current.

To print the selected document for all the clients, select print letter type. Ensure that the correct template is selected in the drop down box below.

Select Print All to print all the letter types for all the clients.

Click OK.

In the Print screen select the required printer then click OK.

Edit a document

To edit the document for the client highlighted click on the lower right section of the Document Processor to edit and type in the changes required. NB this only changes the current document. It will not change the template.

To save the changes click on File | Save Changes or right click on the document and select Save Changes.

If the changes made are incorrect or to revert to the template text, go to Options |Restore to letter default.

As long as the changes are saved it is possible to review and print that letter again.

Print Preview

To see how a document will look once printed, right click on the document and select Print Preview or select File | Print Preview.

Check for unknown tags

Select this to complete all the tags that the database has not been able to substitute without printing the document.

Click on Options |Check for unknown tags.

Follow through the prompts completing the fields and selecting the options required. NB When entering information for an unknown tag type the information then click on OK.

With the tags substituted it is now possible to run a print preview to check how the letter will look with the completed substitutions or print the letter.
