This tutorial will guide you through using the Jobs tab on the Staff Control Panel for the following examples:
Create a New job for an existing client for the next recurrence.
Complete the final stage of the Job, then the Job itself and create a new one.
Open the Staff Control panel and change to the Jobs tab.
Highlight the client in question and click New.
Confirm details relating to the Job Manager, Job Assignee, Period End and Statutory deadline.
Click Insert.
Open the staff control panel and select the Jobs tab.
Change the drop-down option to Jobs managed by and select the colleague.
Highlight the Job in question and click Profile.
Highlight the stage in question and click Post.
Allocate the staff member to be the recipient of the task and click OK.
Open the staff control panel and select the Jobs tab.
Highlight the job in question and click Profile.
Highlight the final stage and Mark as Complete.
Select Job Completed (this is near the top left of the screen).
Confirm the prompt of completing the job.
Confirm the following prompt for Creating the next job recurrence.
Open the Staff Control panel and select the Jobs tab.
Locate the job in question and highlight.
Click Job.
Click Delete and confirm.
You may not be able to delete the Job if there is information stored within the Job Profile or Job Assignments screen. If you clear this information and attempt the delete again.
