Companies House make a select number of forms available to be electronically filed directly to them using the Companies House XML Gateway. Displayed below is a list of the forms that Companies House will accept via the Companies House XML Gateway and which IRIS can send. Alternatively these forms can be printed out in paper format for postal submission. Click on a form links below for more details about that form.
