The Submit Electronic Accounts screen allows the user to view and manage iXBRL accounts for Companies House. The window is populated with iXBRL accounts which have been created via the Tag/iXBRL Editor(s).
This window can be minimised and maximised to allow the user to continue working in Accounts Production. The Submit Electronic Accounts window runs in its own process so can remain open (minimised) while continuing to use Accounts Production.

The following tabs are provided:
The Created tab displays iXBRL Accounts that have been created using Create Submission | Submit Later within the Tag/iXBRL Editor(s), but have not yet submitted to Companies House. Once the accounts are submitted, the record will be displayed on the Submitted tab (see below). Once submitted, the record is displayed on the Submitted tab.
View - Will display the iXBRL accounts (HMTL file) for the currently selected submission.
Submit - launches the dialogue for confirmation click Yes to proceed with submission of the iXBRL accounts to Companies House, or No to abandon the submission and returns to the Submit Electronic Accounts window.
The Submitted tab displays the accounts that have been submitted electronically to Companies House. This includes both iXBRL accounts submitted from the Created tab and those submitted directly to Companies House by using Create Submission | Submit Now within the Tag/iXBRL Editor(s).
By default submissions with an
"Accepted" status are filtered from the list displayed -
to display these or any other filtered submission select the Filter
icon on the column heading.
Paper accounts are not recorded on this screen
Submission - Will display the iXBRL accounts (HMTL file) for the currently selected submission.
Query Status - Will perform a "poll" to Companies House for "current" submission status for the selected submission.
Details - Will display the Form Status screen (as if Reports | iXBRL and CH E-File | Submission Status had been selected). The content of the Form Status screen will be that relevant to submission which has been selected.
Use the arrows to filter the records on Report Type, Created By, Client Manager and Client Partner.
Will return the filters to the default to Show All option.
Click the column heading to order the list, click again to reverse the order. An arrow indicates the sorted column.
Will continue to update/re-populate the content with any relevant records which may have been created/updated within the database since the screen was last refreshed and will apply to both Created and Submitted tabs.
Select criteria to report on the status of accounts generated.
