There was minor structural damage to Mr Beaumont's property in Wiltshire. The expenses incurred were omitted from the other types input in Lesson 2. Select UK Land and Property followed by Property Income.
Click the Expenses tab in the bottom half of the screen on the right.
To insert an expense choose New.
Enter 6 into the Type field (repairs will automatically be displayed as the description) then enter £630 into the amount field.
Click OK to save the benefit and then Cancel.
The additional expense is now listed along with the other expenses in the summary.
Mr Beaumont's Schedule A affairs have been completed by the introduction of the repairs.
